Default Very poor service - keeps dropping

I've been using Pure VPN for about a week after switching from HideIPVPN, trying out your different servers. They've been consistently poor the whole time. The connection appears to remain, but it kills my internet connection. As soon as I disconnect from the VPN, my internet connection springs back to life. I've tried the UK, US and Germany servers and experienced this on them all. It makes it impossible to download files and watch iPlayer using the VPN.

Unless there is something in the settings (don't imagine what though since I followed your setup instructions and get an initial connection), I'd like you to cancel my account.

Sorry to hear of these issues. However we have remedies and work rounds to resolve poor speed or connectivity issues

Also note that MTU settings are server specific,

If this does not help either, please let us know and we'll provide additional servers,
