Is pureVPN safe for eMule and uTorrent?

Hello I would like to know if PureVPN is safe for eMule and uTorrent data traffic.

Does your company/VPN keep logs?

You see about a few months ago I got a letter from my ISP saying that so and so company has fined me $1,552 for downloading their copyright material, it was some low quality Porn video files downloaded using eMule and uTorrent, so I would like to know if PureVPN word keep me anonymous and eMule/uTorrent P2P data encrypted?

Yes as stated on our terms page : http://www.purevpn.com/term.php we respect local laws and of course will not allow P2P on USA, UK and French servers. However the Netherlands, Canada and Germany have so far no such legislation in effect so we do also allow P2P on these locations.

Regarding logs, as stated on our terms page we do not keep any kind of logs.
