VPN Option Greyed Out on New Connection Wizard

hi there
I cannot create VPN connection, the option is greyed out.
Actually both options "Dial up Connection" and "VPN connection" are greyed out,
when I use "New Connection Wizard" -> "Connect to Network at my workplace"
Any suggestion?

the following two services had been disabled (Either by you or by a security program) and were not started:

* Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
* Remote Access Connection Manager

Windows VPN depends on those two services so once you will start these services, you will be able to create a VPN connection.
I guess that there may be some corrupted system files or registry keys or incorrect security settings, but it may be very difficult to find the root cause, so the Repair Installation should be a smart choice.
