    Ok I signed up for a VPN with a London Server yet my IP tracks to Northern England. Google and other advertising seems to locate me in Germany!!!

    I have emailed 'Customer Service' twice, no reply.

    We apologize for this problem - However I checked your record and found your recent chat with our live chat representative. He took you over remote support assistance and showed different databases around internet showing different locations and some were showing London as well.

    I assume problem has resolved?
