French dedicated VPN not working
Hi support,
I tried to contact you via offline chat but I got an error message on my inbox "example@support.com" does not exist... I guess you've something wrong in your chat tool configuration.
Regarding my problem --> the dedicated french server seems to have issues. I can not log onto the server and when I can then I can not browse the web via that address nor watch television (I tried many like tf1.fr, m6.fr, etc.).
Could you please address this issue quickly?

I apologize that you had to face such issue - However I would like to tell you that proper channel for raising technical support queries is our ticketing system:

That way you will get more timely and attentive support unlike forum which is for public discussion.
I wanted to open a support ticket but since I am not aware of your service ID, kindly could you please open a support ticket there?
Summarizing the issue, well it was not an error just that the French server was upgraded from 2003 to 2008 Windows Server this Saturday afternoon and all dedicated IP users should only dial GateWay IP now - Previously some customers were wrongly accessing via their assigned IPs instead of the gateway IP.

All,
An update from the technical service.
1) I had to chat to get service as the ticket submit form was unavailable (I use Safari on Mac OS X 10.6)
2) According to the technician the problem was due to an error on the server with my account
I thank you for the good service you've delivered as it was solved pretty quickly. Could you just make sure that the form for the ticket submission is fixed? If you need a screenshot let me know.
