Error 800
Hi!
I paid for 1 month service, the payment is already done, all seems ok, but, when i set up the connection like says on this website, i keep getting error 800. I can ping all the 3 servers, my Linksys router is configured like it has to be, with port 1723 open and PPTP passthrough open, al LLPT just in case, configured every security aspect but still nothing, i allways get error 800. Even if i dont use my router, direct connection with my modem, i get the same error.
BTW, im on windows vista x64, so i cant use the 0 configuration software i saw on other thread.
Any help?
Thanks!
EDIT:
Even so, trying to connect on my iPhone gives me the same error... help please.

Dear Sir,
Thankyou for taking time out and posting in forum.
I remember you opened a ticket and our support team had helped. Your issue was wrong username and password and I believe the problem has gone.
Do update the ticket, in case of any more trouble.
Best Regards,

Actually, since your router is new, it's probably working fine (but give it some time…). This error message is pretty much meant to tell you that the firmware on your router is out of date, but if it’s new, then theoretically, the manufacturer’s still supporting it.
One thing you could try is resetting the router. Normally, if you do this, it will download the latest firmware for it. If this doesn’t work, then your Netbook has some registry problems.
Registry issues are common for Windows users. Most of the time when this happens, people think their computer is just getting old and replace it.
What actually should be happening is that you should use a registry maintenance program to clean up your registry. You can extend the practical life of your computer a long time this way.
Basically your registry files can get worn out, out of date or lost. Registry clutter contributes a great deal to slow system performance and errors. It can even build up until your computer crashes altogether.
