1 month ago, i purchased a 3 months plan and I am getting this msg when i try to connect today (Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain. (Error 691) For customized troubleshooting information for this connection)
I restarted my modem and my PC and tried to connect again and did not help.
Please help!
