Cant get to USA Netflix and what are some sites to visit to be sure its working

Hi

I have just received my 3 day free trial and went with the automatic dialer with pptp. I connected then visited a site that showed my ip address as coming from the states. One problem I found though I tried to get to Netflix USA but couldn't get there. My browser kept sending me to the Canadian site that kept telling me I need to have a Canadian IP. Can anyone tell me how to get to the American Netflix site.

Also what are some good sites to try out to see if VPN is working and its something I want to get?

The problem could be as simple as cache of your browser telling NetFlix of the old IP address you had before connecting VPN. More complex it could get, as you have read in the welcome email, we don't recommend the standard plan for streaming. Dedicated (Gold Package) is the way forward. Some times these sites work over Standard and other times not. Dedicated (Gold) is known to work 100% times.

Other sites are ABC, CBS, Fox (On Demand), Hulu, FX, NBC, Sci Fi Channel, Setanta-i, TV.com, Willow.TV
