    Dear YellowShadow,

You will need to first check whether you have PPTP or L2TP ports working for you.

Try this from your command prompt

    telnet us2.purevpn.net 1701

    and this,

    telnet us2.purevpn.net 1723

Let us know result in both cases,

    Regards,

    Dear Yelloshadow,

Telnet is not enabled by default in Win7. Please follow these steps to enable it first:

    1. Start
    2. Control Panel
    3. Programs And Features
    4. Turn Windows features on or off
    5. Check Telnet Client
    6. Hit OK

    Regards,
    The PureVPN Team
