Connecting to a VPN using internet

hi everyone
my VPN router is a Linksys RV082
My boss wants to connect to his company's Network from China so he wants to use internet, for file transfer and remote his PC.

After readung the RV082 manual, I decided to create a "group tunnel" and my boss will be using "TheGreenBow VPN client"

the firewall in the RV082 is on
do i need to have a DNS server like in dyndns.com ?
I tried many times to connect to the RV082 from internet but i cant, maybe im not writing the right IP adress,
Tried to connect using dyndns.com server but no chance.

i think i have to enter the IP adress from the modem and then the IP adress from the Linksys RV082.

can you give me a step by step solution ?
