Which service is best for me?

I understand VPN in principal but need advice as which package I need.
I live between Canada & UK but travel elsewhere worldwide on regular basis.
1. I currently cannot purchase things as the online shops know where I am and reject me if not IP of Canada or US.
2. I like to follow sport, TV from UK when travelling but streaming is a problem as well as no UK IP.
3. I don't download movies, etc with high data needs but am a reasonably heavy user.

Which package should I use?
