A question about "Hourly Plan"

What's the meaning of the "Hourly Plan"? For example, if I buy "10 Hours plan" at 1 o'clock, and i use the vpn for 1 hour, then i quit vpn - don't use vpn any longer, my plan will expire after 9 hours? at 11 o'clock ?

No, the hourly accounts dont work this way. Your hours are only counted towards the time you are connected. However, all hourly accounts expire in a time of 45 days.
