Do I get a static IP address?

My reason for looking at PureVPN is that I travel a lot on business and like to play MMO games on my laptop in my spare time. Many games lock you out if your IP address keeps changing, so I want a VPN service which allows me to keep a static IP address regardless of what ISP, network or wireless service I am using....

so can I keep a static UK or European IP address when using PureVPN so that my game suppliers dont keep locking my account?
