German isp?

I am looking at purchasing, but I want to be sure I can get a germany isp addy and set it to use it every time i log in. And also I am new at this so will my computer still use my original isp addy untill i turn on purevpn?

I am sorry, what i was refering to is when i Purchas the Monthly Plan (Shared IP) Will I be able to have a German IP. When ordering it states the 3 month shared plan ip US UK CA DE and NL and that confused me. And the tutorial for windows 7 shows a lot of changes that you need to make, does this interfere with the current ip address i am using?
