Port Forwarding

How do I forward a port with purevpn? If I want to use port 3800 for incoming connections I will need to forward the port I'm assuming. I can't find anything about port forwarding in the knowledge base.

Thank you for taking time and posting in our forums:

We have temporarily disabled port forwarding as we are upgrading our infrastructure. Although it does not imply any kind of service interruption but service addons like port forwarding has to disable for a while.

We expect to turn it ON again by August, 2010.
