Xbox Live Ports

Hi, a bit of background. I have a British xbox360 and Live account. I'm currently on a long vacation in Austria and as such some of the downloadable content is not available in this region. I signed up with PureVPN after hearing that a VPN account could be a solution.

At the moment, the VPN account works fine with BBC iPlayer, spotify etc. but I'm unable to connect to Xbox Live via the VPN and as soon as I disable it, I'm able to connect again. Would this be a setting on your end or on my router?.

Microsoft say the following ports have to be opened in order to connect to Live...
TCP 80
UDP 88
UDP 3074
TCP 3074
UDP 53
TCP 53

Could you let me know if these ports are open or if it's possible to open them?
