I open an account and just pay via credit card then it keeps me waiting for the username. Then my friend helps me look in the website and see that they need manual approve, to easy my feeling that the site is not a scam...lol
I believe that manual approve is completely not necessary. When I order ebook and software online, I just pay with credit card then I can download the ebook and software, who the heck needs manual approve. Will they manually disapprove then ask me to delete the ebook or the software? If the bank approves the transaction, what's the point to hold it for manual approve? It is what credit card for? Those links to explain downtime are just excuses.
