Start VPN programmatically?

Is there a way to start the VPN programmatically. Ideally I'd like to start it from a C# application, but a CLI command would work as well.

Yes there is a way for starting it programmatically using the following command through command prompt

Please submit a support ticket to the technical department because the method would involve username/password and better not dealt through public forums,
