Hour Plan and Bandwidth Plan

I have some question on Hour Plan,
Is that the time counter of hour plan is a stopwatch ?
I mean the time of 10 hours is counted even you are not online ?
for example :
I order the time of 10hours plan, but I didn't use it continuously. I use 5 minutes. then offline. waiting 1 hours then use 5 minutes again.
so I spend 1 hours and 10 minutes on this plan, or just spend 10 minutes on this plan ?

Thank you for taking time out and posting in our forums.

Answering in context of your question - That way you consumed 10 minutes, and not 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Hours are counted towards the time you are actually connected/online.

You can use your hours anytime during a period of 45 days from the day of purchase.

So the limitation of hour plan is you must spend all hours in 45 days.
is there such time limitation on bandwidth plan ?
because I just use vpn on some rare occasions.

Yes the same applies to bandwidth plan too. In my opinion 45 days is a quite time to spend 100 or 200 MB :)
