I am in Belgium and I would like to test it out before having to pay.
I would like to see the speed as I use now a free VPN (anchor) and it is too slow.
I have broadband internet.

WARNING!
When I asked for a free test account with PureVPN, which is a service that I'm truthfully interested in and that I will be happy to pay for as soon as I've seen that it actually exists, I got this e-mail response back:

Dear Sir,

In order for you to make sure we indeed exist, you may google for our reviews. May read forum posts :)

We do provide test accounts, but your reason for taking a test account doesn't seems necessary since there are ways to ensure you concern.

Thank you for your understanding,

The PureVPN Team

I could hardly believe my eyes. Both the other services that I paid for had lots of good reviews and some pages mentioning them on Google, however, it didn't meant that they truly existed or at least not that I got any value for mymoney since I've never heard from them since.

If this is the regular PureVPN-staff doing customer service, I just want to warn you, perhaps not everything is as nice as it seems with this service provider either. Me for sure has made up my mind not to pay a dime to a company with such a bunch of grumpy people doing support, it's worth paying three times their tariffs in order to get friendly support.

However, if you don't care about support and are prepared that you may loose your money, maybe PureVPN is something for you.

Dear Sir,

Thankyou for taking time out and posting in our forum.

There are uncountable instances when we issued accounts to customers, for even upto 3 days free of cost. But the reason they gave for test was surely not to check our very "existence". It was ,in 90%, to check for themselves whether the service would answer their situation.

Let me take this opportunity to address another issue of importance. We are serving our clients that are truly noble and deserve only the best service free of interruptions. Now this means, we should ensure integrity of our network, that cannot sustain when you allow spammers and those who exploit the "Free test" opportunity to commit illegal activity "anonymously". I hope you are getting my point.Put yourself in our shoes and think of this.

Having said this, I would leave this for comments from our valued members and guests.

Once again, you act like you know my intentions without ever asking me. However, once again you're completely wrong. It's sad to see that you let your own prejudices ruel your customer service - of course do I want to check out if the service actually works for my intended use (which is not spamming or any illegal activity whatsoever, even though you guys seems to have a hard time getting that) but I thought of that so obvious that I told you my other reason, which was that I wanted to make sure you even exists.

At last, I'm really disappointed in you - but I did however signed up for an account yesterday, to which I still have not received any logon information even though it was due to be delivered an hour ago according to the confirmation mail I got yesterday. Hopefully you're a better service provider than your customer service because from what I've seen of it, I can say that you're probably the very most unpleasant support team I've ever got to deal with.

"Having said this, I would leave this for comments from our valued members and guests."
What is there to tell me that you're not the same person as your "valued members and guests" - otherwise you have to give them a different treatment than you've given me - let's see, maybe you acctually listen to them?

Dear Sir,

Thank you for posting again.

It seems you are not quite getting my point I tried to clarify in my previous post.

I don't intend to presume your intentions, my only point is to make it clear for all guests that free test accounts do come with valid reason only, and at the same time I tried to emphasize how we make sure of the integrity and security of our networks. So, our valued customers like you, do not experience any downtime or discontinuity.

However, I do apologize if my response seems awkward to you.

Lastly, we are thankful that you placed an order. We use to manually verify all orders, and in no email we mentioned 1 hour delivery time. Our delivery time varies from 1 hour to 14 hours MAX depending on number of orders in queue.

We look forward serving you the best service :)

I'm sorry if you're trying to be nice and I'm just missing it, but to me you're just the biggest jerk - I can't see why you didn't hook me up with an test account from the beginning or at least if you didn't understood my motives, asked me to clarify them instead of just being unpolite.

I just got my account details delivered - however, I said nothing of a one hour delivery time, which you will see if you do as I say and acctually read what I wrote instead of letting your prejudice rule you. What I wrote was that it was due to be delivered one hour ago according to the e-mail that was delivered yesterday that stated that I would get the account details within 12 hours which I most certainly did not.

Once again, I don't recommend this service provider since they're really rude - however, at least they answer which is more than I can say about the last provider I paid off.

Since being honest is more or less the only decent thing to do, I have to do one last entry here at the forum.

I got my account details, but - as stated before - later than promised. However, I did use them this evening and I would be lying if I said that PureVPN's service was anything else than good, at least for my intended use. It had good speed (of course, it could be better, but I'm not really confident that my speed problem originates from any lack in your service, I would rather believe it's simply combined facts like e.g. the distance from my location to your server, the visitor load at the sites I visited and so on).

Conclusion: PureVPN exists and they deliver a good service. I'm still disappointed with the customer service, and the fact that disturbs me the most is that not even once during the last couple of days have they asked for forgiveness or said that they're sorry for the missunderstanding - instead they've tried to deal with the problem public in this very forum. There has been no private conversation between PureVPN and me whatsoever except for the e-mails mentioned in previous post. Obviously, there's no such thing as "the customer is always right" at this company or even any respect for their customers, at least I have not felt any of that respect. However, as mentioned above, the service is good and has a nice price tag to it but as far as I'm concerned that's not good enough and I'll be leaving PureVPN as soon as I used my 10 hours since I still feel that it's worth a lot more money to get a good treatment from the support that is support to help you. For all you others, I can only tell my experience which is good service but lousy customer care.

Dear Babak,

Thank you for taking time out and posting in our forums :)

We use to offer free trial accounts to corporates and those representing firms/companies. If you fell to this category, please send an email request to "sales --- > at the rate ---- > purevpn ---- > dot com" directly using your company email ID and we will respond to the request as soon as possible.

Earlier we had a 3 days free trial offer to anyone but that was misused to unimaginable limits and we had to limit free trial accounts to corporates only. So instead of offering free trial we now offer upto 3 days moneyback gurantee as stated in our terms page here : http://www.purevpn.com/term.php

We hope for your understanding and look forward serving you the best possible service :)
