cant login

Hello,
I am a new user and I cannot login. The VPN is properly setup and seems to be configured properly. The vpn keeps trying but will not lock in. I am on wifi and the firewall is turned off [or was]. I copy pasted everything so there are no typos. I have checked all parameters that I am aware of. I have had Relaaks and rthe setup is very similar.

Hello

The problem appears to be a router or gateway on the Ethernet segment
between the server attempting to VPN in and the wireless gateway or perhaps
the wireless gateway allows GRE on the wireless segment, but not on the
Ethernet.
