i am getting this error atm (The connection was terminated because the remote computer did not respond in a timely manner) is there way to fix it?

Please check the router settings and make sure TCP Port 1723, IP Protocol 47 (GRE) are opened. Also make sure that the router has the PPTP enabled and no firewall (Windows or other) blocking the traffic. Then try again using the login details given to you.
You may want to try L2TP too and if the problem exists please open a ticket at http://support.purevpn.com so we investigate the issue more deeply
