i purchased a 12 months plan and I am getting this msg when i try to connect (Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain. (Error 691) For customized troubleshooting information for this connection)
I restarted my modem and my PC and tried to connect again and did not help.

yes seem it's now working , still not sure why it gives me this error sometimes.

and got the same error - 691
I've tried setting everything manually as well as using provided programs to set connections. In either of the cases got the same problem... pity :/
Please help!
I've tried to connect to all 4 servers..
